Our European outlook to soccer training is the fundamental difference between Eurostar Soccer School and any other training academy in North America. Our focus on unique demonstration-based exercises, rather than the prevalent lecture-based coaching, is more attuned to early physical skill development.
We pride ourselves in helping our graduates achieve their professional goals. Eurostar is active in the recruitment of players for soccer tryouts in Europe, and have successfully promoted many of our graduates in the international circuit. Check out our success stories to find out more about how we support you with your soccer career goals.
Soccer Beach instruction is also something you will notice because it is effective at teaching basic control and balance. It is also a very effective conditioning tool which helps students gain agility, stamina and finesse.
The training starts at 9am until noon and then again from 1-3pm. Residential students then have free time between 4-6pm. Dinner is at 6pm and the nightly events start right after at 6:30pm. The Events are also something you won't experience at any other training Academy. Students will take part in fun activities but will have the choice to attend lectures on marketing to colleges and the process of applying and trying out for professional teams.
We realize that not everyone comes to Eurostar to become a professional soccer player. One of the benefits that Eurostar Soccer School offers is choice. Students and professional hopefulls alike can take part in a variety of fun and exciting events, either they be with a soccer-related focus or for sheer entertainment. We strive to make Eurostar Soccer School not only the choice academy for professional development, but also a memorable one where social development and strong friendships are made.
Eurostar programs are designed to meet specific training needs. The biggest thing you will notice about our programs is the idea of soccer stations. Stations are soccer drills that keep you in movement the whole time. This requires an extreme ammount of soccer balls and a high ammount of support staff to keep going, but can be very effective at emulating game experiences and teaching students the necessary skills they need to succeed. Eurostar Survey (what our students say about us)
We are contuously trying to improve every aspect of the Eurostar experience, and we invite participants to provide feedback at the end of training. We implemented the surveying process in 2007, and it has already proved very useful. Below you will find past responses on what students thought about our services:
2007-2011 Student Surveys
We are here to support your success and here is what will occur once you graduate. Report cards will be issued on the last day of camp. It will provide an evaluation of the student's current skills, and will include suggestions for future aims of development. If you get a high mark in your report card you will be in the running for MVP and brought up on stage during graduation. You will also be given access to our recruitment showcase website. This will let you setup your profile and have it viewed and contacted by our affiliated talent agents, coaches, management and board members. Usually (not always) only the top 5% of athletes who attend Eurostar Camps will be allowed to access the database. This keeps the quality of the players relatively high and their entrance has the approval of our Academy Director.
The Training Guide includes full details on how and when to arrive at our training Facilities. Once you are fully registered please check the documents and guides section to gain access to the documents.
Registration is very easy and completely paperless. Students can register and immediately be able to access important documents such as your camp guide, invoice, camp map and your daily schedule. There is also an offline registration option where you fill out the forms and mail them in along with payment.
